Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (the "Agreement") govern the use of csvgetter.com (the "Application") provided by AMJ Tech Consultants ("Provider," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Application, you ("User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, you must refrain from using the Application.

1. License Grant: Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Application for your internal business purposes during the term of this Agreement.

2. User Accounts: You may need to create a user account to use certain features of the Application. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and ensuring the security of your account. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, and you agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of security.

3. Acceptable Use: You agree not to use the Application for any illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose. Additionally, you shall not engage in any activity that could disrupt or interfere with the functionality or security of the Application or the servers and networks associated with it.

4. Intellectual Property: The Application and all related materials, including but not limited to software, documentation, trademarks, and logos, are the intellectual property of Provider or its licensors. You acknowledge and agree that you have no rights or ownership in the intellectual property of the Application.

5. Data Privacy: Provider may collect and process certain personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Application, you consent to such data collection and processing, and you agree to comply with all applicable data protection laws.

6. Payment and Billing: If the use of the Application requires payment, you agree to pay all fees and charges as specified on the pricing page or in the order form. Payments are non-refundable except as expressly stated otherwise.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties: The Application is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Provider disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability: In no event shall Provider be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the Application, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination: Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time and for any reason without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Application will cease immediately.

10. Changes to the Agreement: Provider may update or modify this Agreement from time to time. Your continued use of the Application after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

11. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

12. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Provider regarding the subject matter and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, and understandings, whether oral or written.
