Exporting your Notion databases to Dropbox using CSV Getter is straightforward and efficient. This guide will walk you through the entire process, enabling you to seamlessly transfer your data from Notion and store it securely in Dropbox. Let’s dive in!

Step 1: Access CSV Getter

Begin your journey by navigating to CSV Getter Home. This is your central hub for managing exports and connecting data sources.

Step 2: Connect to Notion

Once you're in the CSV Getter dashboard, proceed with these steps:

1. Click on Data: This option will lead you to the data management section.

2. Under Notion, click Connect: This step initiates the connection between CSV Getter and your Notion account.

3. Notion will open: You’ll need to select the pages you want CSV Getter to access. Click on Select Pages.

4. Click Allow Access: This grants CSV Getter the necessary permissions. You can review and choose which pages to connect.

Step 3: Create Your Export

Now that your Notion pages are connected, it’s time to set up your export:

1. Go to CSV Getter Home: Return to the main dashboard if you’ve navigated away.

2. Click on Create Export: This option allows you to initiate a new export.

3. Select Data Source: Choose Select Data Source and then click on Notion.

4. Select a Notion Database: Choose the specific database you'd like to export.

5. Name Your Export: Give your export a recognisable name for easy reference.

6. Click on Submit: This submits your export request for processing.

7. Review Data and Export: After reviewing the data, click on Export Now for an instant CSV copy of your information. This is the file that will be saved to Dropbox. You can also adjust fields and settings on the Sample screen if required.

Step 4: Export to Dropbox

With your export created, it’s now time to send it to your Dropbox account. If you have not connected Dropbox to CSV Getter yet, See here.

1. Go to Exports: Navigate back to the Exports section.

2. Choose Your Export: For the export you’ve just created, click on Export to Dropbox.

3. Alternate Method: You can also export directly from the Sample Screen if that's more convenient.

4. In Dropbox, Navigate to Apps: Open your Dropbox account and click on the Apps folder. This folder is automatically created for CSV Getter exports.

5. Click on CSV Getter: Inside the Apps folder, find and click on CSV Getter.

6. Access Your Data: Your latest export is now safely stored in the CSV Getter folder within Dropbox. You can access and download it anytime.

Transferring your data from Notion to Dropbox can be done quickly and efficiently using CSV Getter.
